I have been working on the construction and renovation of houses for the last 30 years. My studies in sculpture at the School of Fine Arts in Tirana, but also my long apprenticeship with Stamatis, an excellent marble craftsman, gave me all the valuable knowledge for the placement of natural materials (marble, stone), but also more modern artificial materials (tile, micro-cement).

I have worked on over 2,500 projects including houses, luxury residences, and hotels and have collaborated with excellent craftsmen of all specialties. My original expertise is in the design and refurbishment of residential properties and I know this area in intricate detail.

Having this experience I can assess and foresee what works are required in a construction/renovation project and implement them with the utmost precision and consistency.

Construction is creation and it is my passion. I’m really happy when I see the aesthetic effect of my work. My reward is the smile of a satisfied customer.

The OTIUM team of partners has been created after many years of collaboration in numerous difficult and varied projects. It is tested and based on the same quality values: consistency and persistence in perfection and aesthetics.

At the heart of our philosophy is recurrent training work and our updating on construction technologies and building materials.

Our objective is sustainable / energy constructions, respect for the environment and the health and safety of our customer. With these criteria we design and select materials for our constructions.
